1. Orders
These conditions form an integral part of each sales contract.
Orders may be placed On-line, in writing or by telephone
2. Place of order execution
Orders are executed and the selling price is calculated ex-Works at the Registered Office of Inobel GmbH, Switzerland.
3. Delivery Time
The products in this offer can normally be delivered off-the-shelf within a week. In addition, orders will be confirmed only to your requirements including delayed deliveries.
The delivery time in Switzerland is, on average, two working days when sent by economy mail or one working day by priority mail.
In Europe the delivery time, depending on the country, is approximately 4 - 25 days (Economy) or 2 - 10 days (Priority) and
Rest of the World 10 - 30 days (Economy) or 4 - 10 days (Priority).
4. Dispatch and Insurance
Delivery of products to a customer nominated address is at the customer's cost and risk. Inobel GmbH provides transport insurance only when requested by the customer in writing.
The export dispatch tariff is arranged in two geographic areas as follows:
EUROPE: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovinia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey.
REST OF THE WORLD: Argentia, Australa, Brasil, Canada, Chile, China, Egypt, Equador, Hong-Kong, Israel, Japan, Korea (South), Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Venezuela.
5. Prices
All prices given are in Swiss Francs net and exclude packing and transport. An overview of dispatch costs are to be found in the "Shopping Basket".
The price does not include any customs duties, Value Added Tax or any other taxes which may be levied by the recipient country. These will be billed directly to the consignee by the local postal or tax authorities.
6. Payment
On-line orders can be processed only against payment by Credit Card, by PayPal and by money-transfer from a bank.
7. Defects
Faults or complaints of any nature can only be considered if made in writing within 5 days of receipt of the product. Transport damage must be referred directly to the relevant transport firm or to the postal authorities.
8. Data Confidentiality
Your Customer data will be treated by us as strictly confidential. Only the delivery address will be passed on to the organization which we have contracted to make the delivery.
9. Law
All contracts with Inobel GmbH are enacted under Swiss Law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swiss Courts. The Legal Seat is Urtenen-Schönbühl.
